Title IX

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 protects people from discrimination based on sex in education and employment. 

The Bouse Elementary School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in access or admission to any of its educational programs, activities, or employment opportunities.

Any person that believes they have been harassed or discriminated against based on his/her sex can file a complaint by contacting the district’s Title IX coordinator and completing the appropriate complaint form below.
