Registration & Immunizations
If you’re new to the area, welcome! We’re delighted to have you and look forward to getting to know your family. When you’re ready to register your child, you can stop by our school office to fill out the necessary forms. Please make certain to bring the following with you:
- Your child’s original birth certificate
- A copy of your child’s immunization records
- Proof of residency (such as a utility bill)
- Transcripts or files from a previous school, if applicable
Families of returning students can also visit the school office to update their child’s information forms as needed.
Immunizations
Bouse Elementary School District follows the state guidelines for immunization requirements. This means that your child must be current on his or her immunization shots in order to attend school. However, if your personal or religious beliefs prohibit your child from receiving immunizations, you may be able to receive an exemption.
